What should I do if I haven’t received my card?

Your Mission Money Visa® Debit Card should arrive via USPS within 7–10 business days of processing and approving your application. You can check the status of your new card by selecting Visa® in your app’s navigation menu.

If you want to confirm what address the card is being shipped to, select More in your navigation menu, then Profile. If you need help updating this address, please email support-money@missionlane.com.
