Whether you’ve misplaced your card or simply want added protection against fraud, our lock card feature is an efficient way to stay in control. 


How can I lock my card?

  1. Log into your online account and/or mobile app
  2. If you’re accessing your account via the website, click the drop down in the top right corner below your name and click “Manage Card”

If you’re accessing your account via the mobile app, click “More” in the bottom right corner and then click “Manage Card”

  1. Click “Lock Card”

If you are unable to complete these steps, we recommend calling the number on the back of your card, Monday - Friday, 9am - 8pm ET for better assistance.
