How can I close my account?

There are two ways you can request to close your Mission Lane account. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to reopen your account once it’s closed.

If you’re sure you want to close your account, here’s how:

Send us a secure message letting us know you’d like to close your account, or

Give us a call at the number listed on the back of your card Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm ET, and tell us you’d like to close your account.
