Credit Protection Cancellation

There are three ways you can cancel your Credit Protection plan. 

  1. Call our Mission Lane Credit Protection Customer Care Center at 1-888-276-6443.
  2. If you are enrolled in Credit Protection, in our mobile app the text “Credit Protection” will be visible on your card image.  You can access your Credit Protection plan by tapping the Credit Protection text that is displayed on your card image

Clicking it will take you to our Frequently Asked Questions page. From there, click the “Start a Benefit or Manage Enrollment” to cancel or modify your plan. 
 

  1. You can also access your Credit Protection plan online. 
    1. Navigate to https://creditprotection.missionlane.com/Program/ . You will be asked to to log on. You may receive a note to authenticate.
    2. If you have multiple Mission Lane credit cards, please select the card associated with the Credit Protection plan you wantto service. 
    3. Go to Account Details and under Card Terms is Credit Protection. You will click a link for Manage Enrollment or initiatie a benefit
    4. From there you can view or cancel your Credit Protection plan.
