Lost or Stolen Card
What should I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost, stolen, or if you notice unauthorized activity on your account, please let us know as soon as possible by giving us a call at 1-855-790-8860 Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm ET.
We’ll immediately lock the card to prevent transactions, and will send you a replacement card with a new card number.
How can I lock my card?
- Log into your online account and/or mobile app
- If you’re accessing your account via the website, click the drop down in the top right corner below your name and click “Manage Card”
- If you’re accessing your account via the mobile app, click “More” in the bottom right corner and then click “Manage Card”
- Click “Lock Card”
