New Cards:

You can expect to receive your card at the mailing address on file within 7-10 calendar days after approval.

Replacement Cards:

You can expect to receive your card in the mail to the mailing address on file within 7-10 calendar days after requesting a replacement. Once you have activated your new card, please destroy your old one.

Expired Cards:

We’ve got you covered! We’ll send you a new card to the mailing address on file 1 month to 60 days before your card expires. We’ll notify you along the way so you know when to expect your new card. Once activated, please destroy your old one.
